family celebrations and get-togethers for over 30 years. Our friends and guests
have always been 'WOW'ed by
Soycha so we decided to share it with the world.
We can now offer you the same full-flavored, goodness to enjoy with your family
and friends. Our
oriental sesame flavored salad dressing and marinades have
been shown to be used for a variety of foods and many are surprised at how
good it tastes. It works as an easy
steak marinades,
chicken marinades,
pork
chop marinades,
shrimp marinade,
fish marinades as well as for a variety of
cooked vegetables as a quick, easy toss, homemade dressing that is healthy for
you.
While our products are not widely distributed, we are working towards getting

Our business was founded in 2007, when we decided to bottle the goodness of SoyCha, our family recipe. The response was immediately overwhelming. We started from our own little kitchen, making one precious bottle at a time. Now we're looking into making higher volumes to accommodate our growing base of satisfied customers.

My Story begins at family gatherings when Mom used to make
beautiful trays of food for the event. Mixture of Asian flavors
and American foods, all pleasing to the eye and full of flavor. Of
all the dishes, everyone raved about the salad. So in 2007, when I
wanted to fulfill my dreams of becoming an entreprenueur, I started
bottling the dressing and selling it at the local farmers' market.
The response was encouraging. Then I spent several more months,
cleaning up the recipe, using all natural ingredients and coming up
with other ways to use the dressing. It turns out that my
dressing, Soycha, is also a great marinade for meats, fish and even
noodles. Soon, several of the local gourmet stores
enthusiastically carried them. Now I have 2 more flavors and I'm
offering tastings at differents shows in the area.
I'm proud of my dressings, Soycha, Chilicha & Tipsee Sesame and
can't wait for you to try some!
